組聯部是徐悲鴻畫院對外聯絡工作管理的職能部門。負責協調和組織畫院對外文化交流以及組織藝術家出訪,負責邀請和接待海內外藝術家的來訪；承辦政府間文化交流項目；負責與國際藝術組織的交流事務；配合畫院處理和協調涉外的相關工作。
   The organization and liaison department is the functional department of Xu Beihong Painting Academy's external liaison management. Responsible for coordinating and organizing the external cultural exchange of the Academy, organizing artists' visits, inviting and receiving artists from home and abroad, undertaking cultural exchange projects between governments, communicating with international art organizations, and cooperating with the Academy in handling and coordinating foreign related work.
