监管办公室主要职责是:负责监督贯彻执行党的领导和路线、方针、政策和决议,研究制定党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的规章制度并监督实施。执行企业领导人员廉洁自律各项规定,检查党风廉政建设责任制落实情况,加强对企业重大事项决策、主要干部任免、重要项目安排、大额资金使用、以及对企业经营管理中存在的突出问题和薄弱环节进行监督检查,规范企业经营行为,提高企业管理效能。
